Delete your Locly account

Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your profile, the events you host, and your messages.

In the app

Open Locly and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm with Delete.

Without the app

If you can’t access the app any more, email hello@locly-app.com from the address on your account (or include the phone number you signed up with), with the subject “Delete my Locly account”. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photos, and interests
Verification documents
Events you host, and your group chat messages
Your sign-in credentials
